Lawyer by training and consultant\/advisor by profession. After surviving a serious traffic accident in 1996, I realized that although Western medicine and scientific advances saved my life, they had no answer\/proposal for many of my questions and sequelas. Due to this, and seeking to fully recover my health, I began to explore various treatments and complementary medicines, starting with the Bach Flowers, and continuing with Reiki, Yoga, the Silva Method, herbal medicine, etc. The truth is that since then I have had the fortune of being able to continue learning and training in very different techniques, and today I continue to explore new knowledge and practices, since it is something that I am passionate about.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding Taoism, although I had read books on the subject well before my accident (the first of them, the famous \u00abThe Tao of Health, Sex and Long Life\u00bb,\u00a0<\/em> by Daniel Reid<\/a>), I practically rediscovered this whole field in the year 2004, when living in Brussels, thanks to Shiatsu and other similar practices based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since then I have been attending workshops in different Taoist practices during the last 15 years in Brussels, Madrid, Barcelona, the Canary Islands, and in Thailand (at the Tao Garden<\/a>), having been certified in 2017 as an Instructor of the Universal Healing Tao System<\/a> of the Great Taoist Master Mantak Chia<\/a>, and having been the Organizer for Spain of the European tour of Master Chia in 2018, 2019, 2023 and 2024. Currently I\u00b4m Country Coordinator for Spain<\/a> of the Universal Healing Tao System.<\/p>\n

In recent years, and with the aim of starting to share what I have been learning since my accident, I have facilitated Chi Kung, Tao Yin (Taoist yoga), meditation \/ mindfulness and relaxation workshops in yoga centers, universities, private companies, hospitals , public bodies and international organizations in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. I also work in private sessions<\/a> in which I combine several of the techniques in which I have been trained (Coaching, Hypnosis, Reiki, NLP, guided meditations, relaxation, massage, etc.),.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
