In addition, this type of Chi Kung teaches how to take root with the energy of the Earth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tao Yin (\u5c0e\u5f15)<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-67 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/taoyoga.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Tao-Yin-salamanca-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Tao Yin (Taoist Yoga or Chinese Yoga) is an ancient oriental discipline, practiced in Chinese Taoist monasteries to cultivate health.
